FEES AND REGISTRATION

Registration fees

Regular registration fee:280 €extended until 12 June 2015, 24:00 CET 
Student* registration fee:165 €extended until 12 June 2015, 24:00 CET 
Conference dinner:40 €

 

*Students (also PhD candidates) should demonstrate that they are eligible for the reduced fee by submitting a scanned proof to congress@univie.ac.at.

Please note: Registration deadline is 12 June 2015. No registration will be possible after that date. No partial registration is envisaged, so it will not be possible to register for just one or two days.

Each delegate to the Symposium must register and pay the registration fee.

 

All registration fees include:

- All academic activities at the Symposium, including all workshops and colloquia;

- Welcome package with information and event related materials;

- Book of abstracts;

- Coffee breaks;

- Lunch;

- Social event on Wednesday, 8 July 2015;

- Certificate of attendance;

- Wlan connection at the premises;

- A discount for the participants for traveling with AUA;

- Special rates for selected hotels.

 

The registration fees do not include:

Evening event (dinner) on Thursday, accommodation, travel costs, visas, or similar.

 

Payment:

Credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diners

Please note that a 2% fee applies when paying by credit card. The fee will be covered by the organizer. Any additional charges that may apply have to be covered by the delegates.

Bank transfer ("payment via invoice")

Please ensure that you pay any charges your bank may charge when paying by bank transfer. If we do not receive the full amount due before the early-bird registration deadline, the full late rate may become payable. Any additional charges that may apply have to be covered by the delegates.

 

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made before 24 June 2015 will receive 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations after that date can not be refunded. Any charges that incurred during the payment or cancellation will not be reimbursed.
